As part of their 2025 expansion plans, SpinifexIT aimed to strengthen their demand generation capabilities by building regional growth marketing teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
The Hiring Challenge
To drive scalable global growth, SpinifexIT needed to fill four high-impact marketing roles:
- 1 Growth Marketing Manager – Australia (APAC)
- 1 Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Australia (APAC)
- 1 Growth Marketing Manager – United Kingdom (EMEA)
- 1 Growth Marketing Manager – Canada (North America)
Each region required SaaS-experienced marketers familiar with SAP-integrated technologies, capable of delivering localised campaigns while aligning with global strategy.
